Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase.

Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer Standard Shipping.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders over R5,000.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow its progress.
Pre-Order Items
1. What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are products available to purchase before they are in stock.

Estimated shipping dates will be clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout.
2. Shipping Timeline for Pre-Orders

As soon as your pre-order item becomes available, it will be shipped immediately.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once dispatched.
3. Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
You’ll be given the choice at checkout to:

Ship items separately as they become available, or

Hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship.
4. Changes or Cancellations

Pre-orders can be modified or cancelled up to 10 days before the estimated release date.

After shipment, our standard return policy applies.
